allow me to explain...i took a bit of poetic liscense in describing j's
condition. he <<is>> down with disease. i was kinda hoping it was
implied. but alas, mr. croke is correct and therefore, my above attempt
isn't really a sentence. sorry folks, though its still far more reader
friendly than the "lizzards (italian spelling) stash uncle penn thing,
which reflecting on my 5th grade grammar, i find undiagramable.
thanks,
mike

Does anyone know the whereabouts of Brad Goldengurg of Orlando, Fl? I have
had much patience in waiting for him to complete his end of a trade for the
last two and a half months and would love to get my tapes without any
trouble (i.e. flaming - the topic of much discussion lately). If anyone
knows where he is, please mail me directly, I am getting rather pissed at
losing tapes. Later,

I was listening to 6-11-94 and Antelope came on. I was filled with a long
lost enthusiasm. To culminate the song Trey yells;
"Set the gear-shift for the high gear of your soul"
It was at that moment that I suffered what I feel was a moment of
claritry . So now, as the spirit of the Antelope has entered my corporal
existance and permeated my mind, I must run.
Get outside, run; pry yourselves off of your brain melting, sterile
computer and enjoy your life. Live for the show, but in the meantime
preform your own show. Take the music as an paradigm. Hackneyed as this
commentary may be I feel good about it.
"Gazing up into the darkness I saw myself as a creature driven by vanity;
and my eyes burned with anguish and anger"- Joyce
Please Unsubscribe me.
Thank you for having me.

mine who I have lost track of (moved several times). Interested in any
more details... Also, has anyone seen them play lately?

My copy is perfect and doesn't cut at the end of Dancin'. I'll check
again, but I've listened to it hundreds of times so I'm pretty sure. Bobby
says "we'll be right back" (what else is new) after it ends.
As for the other cuts...I know someone who has nice AUDs (a bit hissy) of
the show!! Don't know how rare they are, but there are no cuts.

I'm 30 and I feel like I'm an old man. Phish is pulling people away from
the Dead scene, so that scene is getting older now. Darwin, you know? I
think it's great that so many youngins are getting into a cool groove and
not the force fed bullshit of MTV.

While this doesn't concern any one on the phish.net, it's something I
feel really badly about. In the middle of December, I met this girl
Michelle here on campus. I promised her I'd try to talk my friend into
selling her our NYE extra . Well, I couldn't, and by the time I called
her to tell her that I couldn't get it for her, she was gone on break.
Even when she came back, she didn't get the message because she had moved.
I saw her the other day while I was on my way to dinner and when I said, "HI!"
all she did was glare at me and say, "thanks for the NYE ticket." I went on
to tell her that I tried to call her and that I was really sorry, but it
just doesn't seem right that it had to happen that way. So, I'm making my
apology public. I'm very sorry, Michelle. At least you got to see the
Providence show. Thanks for reading this, you've made me feel better.

Subject: Ever mistaken a Lyric?
Date: Tue, 14 Feb 1995 16:52:44 -0600
Onthebus gaves us an interesting quotation from Seal about mistaken
lyrics. Seal doesn't include liner lyrics so people can have their own
interpretation of his words...
That's funny cause I always thought Phish was singing "If you dreaded
grammar school, please wipe it from you shoes" in Cavern, when I found out
that they were singing about "treading in primal soup."
Also, I always thought "Wilson King of Pressure" was "Wilson, The Oppressor!"
Any others, there must be a few out there. Quick reply will do...

I heard a story that when Tres and the band played on Mars in summer of
